Bio

I’m Duy—currently a student at FPT University. I work with production-grade AWS systems through my latest experience at Amazon Web Services (AWS), and I’m building my career around practical AI work. My technical foundation includes Python and AI agents, with 1–2 years of AI experience. I also bring a strong workflow and delivery mindset from training in software development processes and methodologies. One of my most meaningful public projects is AWS-powered agentic ordering for KFC Vietnam: building KFCBot on Amazon Bedrock to turn Zalo/WhatsApp conversations into a high-conversion ordering engine. The solution automates end-to-end sales, intelligent upselling, and customer support across 250+ stores using a production-ready AWS AI/ML stack.
